We live in California and visit Ohio regularly and one of our first stops is White Castle. As I have been eating vegetarian I have really enjoyed the Impossible sliders. I alway make sure to ask for extra onion and pickles. They gave me a whole plate of extra pickles last time I was there I also love that they have a Coke Freestyle machine which is a bonus for me. This restaurant is a little slow but it’s with the wait.
This white castle is always clean and well staffed. I usually get breakfast items and they are always hot and fresh. The staff are always friendly and the service is typically fairly quick.
I tried online ordering and I received a 5 discount . My food was actually ready before the app initially said it would be and was very fresh. The lady at the window put a smile on my face with her disposition

Had my first meal at this White Castle today. The whole staff was on it! Scott checked us out and as soon as the noon rush was over Scott was out cleaning tables all with a smile. Also asking people if they needed anything. Food was as I was wanting but the service at the counter and at the grill was superb.
I went the wrong way on the highway and it took me 2 miles out of my way because I couldn't get my gps to load the directions to get me home. Well I have no sense of direction at all. Anyways, I got off the exit to get myself turned around and decided to treat myself to a white castle milkshake. They have the best milkshakes! It's not all runny like most fast food places. They're super thick and creamy and the flavor is just right! I was already in a crappy mood for getting lost but when I pulled up to pay for my order she told me to have a great evening and let me have my shake for free! She must've sensed my frustration when I first placed my order lol. But she made my day and my frustration melted away along with my super thick milkshake. Thank you for being so kind Miss! I wish I got your name!
Placed a rather large order at this location. Got a phone call shortly after to clear up an issue regarding my order. We arrived to find everything hit and ready. Probably one of the best experiences I have had at a White Castle.
